Weaknesses:

• His lack of ability to bond to others. Kite was created for the sole purpose of being used, once he outgrew this role he simply began to use others. All of his relationships are business only. He has not been shown, or has shown any interest himself in finding any relationship other than this. Consequentially this can make his vision very 2D and leads him to make selfish decisions. It is not because he does not have a desire to care, it is simply that it is something that he has not encountered before in his existence. He is often too clinical and logical about situations and lacks emotional response.

• Due to his modifications being the shoddy work of early experimentation, the work was far from professional. Due to this his modifications and implants can often cause him a great degree of pain and discomfort- often hindering his jobs and ability to do things for periods of time.
• His involvement in secret agreements and trades with those from different alliances makes Kite highly suspicious and paranoid of others. He does not trust easily and at the faintest hint of a threat he will attempt to shut the threat down or have them removed.

Personality:

Kite is a creature who grew up as an early experiment in the institution. Despite being small he holds a reputation with those who know him. He is a trouble maker, yet with those whom he has learned to respect and reach an understanding with, he is a useful ally. He has a strong business in thievery and has a number of connections in nearby territories who work for him. Despite having some who do work alongside him, Kite keeps his larger projects to himself. He is very selective about those he lets into his circle and is untrustworthy of new faces being brought in by those whom he knows. He is very interested in making deals, despite their risk and difficulty, but he always demands a price.

History:

Kite was modified by backstreet workers who were dismissed from the institution. He was altered to have high intelligence and human-like abilities in order to perform tasks such as thieving, drug transportation and illegal construction of weaponry. He also possesses the ability to stand on his hind legs for periods of time due to the radical insertion of implants throughout his body.


After not long at all, Kite's skills became more and more specialized. It did not take long for him to gain a reputable name in the art of thieving and trading of illegal products. As the sickness took hold, he vanished, taking advantage of the distraction of his weakened creators. To this day he is hard to find and very much like smoke to catch. Word flies of him in many places, but few reach him.

Items of note: Always carries knick-knacks, bolts screws and appliances on his person. Wears a leather strap which has many devices attached to it.

Mutations/Features: Has implants all over his body, the largest of which being on his chest and hind leg. The panel on his hind leg is faulty, with wires on show. They occasionally spark and flicker, but are otherwise harmless.


Appearance: His fur has the subtle markings of a platinum gold fox, holding very pale red hues running down his back with hints of silver. The backs of his ears are black and he has darkened charcoal fur around his eyes and lips. His fur is relatively scruffy and tends to stick out, the pale fur on his neck has a distinctive shape and curves upwards. His ears are large and bat-like and his eyes are a moss green colour. He has a somewhat dusty and charred appearance.
